Retail Store Supervisor

Location : #110 Country Village Rd NE, Calgary, AB T3K 5Z2

Salary : $21.63 per hour, 35 hours per week

Terms of employment : Permanent, full-time

Start date : As soon as possible

Responsibilities

• Assign sales workers to duties
• Hire and train staff or arrange for training
• Authorize return of merchandise
• Establish work schedules
• Prepare reports on sales, merchandising, and personnel matters
• Resolve issues including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers
