Job summary

Thrifty-Foods Langford is seeking a front-end supervisor to deliver exceptional customer service and lead the cashiers on shift. In the absence of the front-end manager, you will resolve cash register issues, secure funds, and ensure daily procedures are followed.

You’ll focus on teamwork, safety, and accurate cash handling, deposits, weekly audits, and adherence to health guidelines. Flexible hours and overtime are expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is a valuable asset.
• You have at least six months of experience as a cashier.
• You have valuable management experience and knowledge of point-of-sale computer systems.
• You are customerservice-oriented.
• You foster communication and team spirit.
• You are proficient with basic accounting operations.
• You are known for your interpersonal skills and energy.
• Flexible work hours and ability to work overtime
• Short-term exposure to chemicals and cleaning products
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift upto 20kg
