About the Role

Were looking for a Front End Developer (React) who thrives in collaborative environments and has a passion for crafting clean efficient code. Youll join a small focused team enhancing existing features architecting new solutions and contributing to a platform that impacts thousands of users.

Youre a selfstarter who loves software craftsmanship and takes pride in clean architecture. Youre comfortable working independently but also value crossfunctional collaboration and clear communication.

What Youll Do

• Develop and enhance our web applications using React EmberJS and Ruby on Rails
• Contribute to fullstack feature development and collaborate in crossfunctional teams
• Design build test and ship new features frequently
• Participate in daily standups and regular product planning meetings
• Write clean maintainable code with strong attention to detail
• Work with thirdparty APIs (Google Maps Twilio etc.)
• Support and mentor teammates as needed

Skills & Experience Were Looking For

• 5 years of development experience with a strong focus on frontend technologies
• 3 years of experience building productionready React applications
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a strong asset
• Strong understanding of JSON data structures and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g. Jest RSpec QUnit pytest )
• Comfortable using Git / GitHub and working in a terminal
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS is a plus
• Proven experience mentoring or supporting other developers is a bonus
