Qualification Assessment

Must Have

• Work Experience: At least 2 years as a Front End Designer, designing and enhancing services via web and other platforms.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years developing UX artifacts, including streamlined scenarios, storyboards, and wireframes.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years working within a cross-functional product team in an Agile environment.

Nice to Have

• Work Experience: Building and maintaining component libraries or design systems for at least 2 years.
• Work Experience: Exploring multiple design solutions for a given problem or feature for at least 2 years.
• Work Experience: Designing for multiple digital devices (web, mobile, etc.) for at least 2 years.
• Work Experience: Applying accessibility standards and principles including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for at least 2 years.
• Work Experience: Familiarity with current methodologies and design thinking, especially related to user-centered design, for at least 2 years.
• Work Experience: Using frontend design applications such as Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc., for at least 2 years.
• Work Experience: Serving as a Front End Designer on projects for at least 2 years.
• Work Experience: Working in a dedicated public sector central digital office or similar environment for at least 2 years.
