Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a polite and friendly manner.
• Processes purchase transactions efficiently, including EAS deactivation.
• Promotes sponsor programs (credit card, protection, charity).
• Assists customers with bagging/loading merchandise.
• Maintains safe work practices and clean work area.
• Keeps register secure through cash handling.
• Directs customers to a Customer Service Manager or Front End Lead when needed.
• Educates customers on self-checkout options.
