Job summary

Thrifty-Foods is seeking friendly, customer-focused cashiers to join our team in Canada. You will provide fast, accurate transactions, help customers, and maintain a welcoming front-end environment.

Key responsibilities include handling lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns, and inquiries, while upholding company standards and contributing to a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service processing transactions to meet customer needs.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer following company policies and procedures.
• Operate Customer Service Desk following all procedures for lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns and inquiries.
• Maintain Front End Department merchandise.
• Participate in the training of junior staff.
• Adhere to, and implement all applicable company standards.
• Support additional departments and functions with other duties as required.
