We are seeking a Front Desk and Intake Coordinator to join our team of dynamic, diverse and experienced immigration professionals. The Front Desk and Intake Coordinator plays a key support role at the Firm, acting as the central point of contact for clients and third parties, as well as working internally to support the team in various administrative duties. This individual must have exceptional customer service abilities and a strong attention to detail in order to be successful in this role. This role works closely with the Office Services team and reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
