As Front Desk Agent, You Will
  1. Greet arriving guests, check in and assign rooms
  2. Take, cancel and change room reservations
  3. Process telephone calls
  4. Process wake-up calls
  5. Provide information on hotel facilities and guest services
  6. Provide general information about points of interest in the area
  7. Arrange services required for guests with special needs
  8. Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments
  9. Provide exceptional guest service
  10. Perform clerical duties as required
  11. Work alongside the hotel team to establish a safe and fun atmosphere
