JOB SUMMARY

The Mackenzie Hotel is seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Front Desk Agents. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience. This position is responsible for guest check-in and check-out, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing prompt and courteous service at all times.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management software.
  • Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a problem‑solving attitude.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Uphold hotel policies, safety protocols, and service standards.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a background in hotel operations is advantageous.
