Job summary

Reliable Parts is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the friendly first point of contact in our distribution center and retail spaces. You will assist customers in-store and over the phone, provide pricing, check item availability, process orders, and help with display replenishment while delivering excellent service and opportunities for additional sales.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma, experience in-person customer service, strong computer skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with in-person customer service
• Familiarity with computer operations, including data entry and switching between multiple screens
• Excellent phone skills
• Basic math skills

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and drive sales
• Be the first point of contact for customers in-store and on the phone
• Answer questions and provide pricing or availability information
• Process orders and replenish display items
• Conduct research to find solutions for customer requests
• Offer recommendations based on customer needs
• Meet and maintain performance standards and goals
• Perform front-counter procedures and help customers finalize purchases
