Job summary

Shoppers Drug Mart is seeking a frontline associate to deliver excellent customer service and manage the checkout area with accuracy. You will greet customers, process transactions, and ensure PC Optimum participation. The role includes merchandising, loss prevention, and maintaining store image.

Responsibilities include cash handling, adhering to health and safety guidelines, and supporting a positive shopping environment. Competitive hourly pay and flexible schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• Provides excellent customer service and positively engages with all customers.
• Maintains a neat and organized checkout area.
• Greets all customers and displays warm demeanor.
• Accurately scans or enters product data.
• Accurately accounts for cash and coupon, lottery, and PC Optimum.

Responsibilities

• Merchandises and maintains designated areas (i.e., facing, signing, labeling).
• Ensures loss prevention standards are followed and cash/lottery/stamp inventory is controlled.
• Presents proper image to the public and complies with health and safety regulations.
• Maintains housekeeping and image standards; performs other duties as required.
