Job summary

Goodness-Me is seeking a customer-facing associate to greet shoppers and assist with locating items and product recommendations. You will help maintain store standards, rotate stock, and support inventory and warehouse tasks. The role involves manual loading/unloading of materials and standing for extended periods.

The position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts, with a pay rate of $17.60 per hour. Previous retail experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to assist customers with locating items and making recommendations.
• Experience in retail or warehouse settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the store and offer assistance.
• Help customers locate merchandise and provide recommendations.
• Maintain store conditions and assist with merchandise displays.

• Receive and process warehouse stock; load/unload materials as needed.
