Responsibilities

• Coordinating task completion and daily processes with the Fresh Coach and Store Management Team.
• Maintaining department presentation and merchandising displays, noting deficiencies for corrective action.
• Leading daily team huddles, providing updates, setting goals, and tracking productivity.
• Reviewing schedules and assigning associates to coverage and availability tasks.
• Developing associates through teaching and training and providing feedback.
• Contributing to a safe, clean, and hazard-free work environment per company policy.
