Job summary

Halifax Regional Centre for Education (HRCE) is seeking qualified teachers for the 2026/27 term across multiple subjects, including FI Math 7 (25%), FI Science 7 (24%), FI Social Studies (25%), Healthy Living 8 (21%), and ILT (5%). All assignments are term positions beginning September 22, 2026 and ending July 30, 2027.

Applicants must complete the required French Proficiency Interview for French Second Language positions, and provide a Vulnerable Sector Check as part of the hiring process.

Candidates for all French Second Language Positionsmust also complete a French Proficiency Interview (FPI) with the Halifax Regional Centre for Education French Program Consultants who will assess the candidate's competency in French (oral and written).
