Job summary

The Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) invites applications for a Long Term Occasional Teacher in French Immersion Kindergarten/Grade 1 at Harris Mills. This 0.2 FTE position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic elementary team in Ontario’s education system.

Reporting to the Principal, the successful candidate will deliver high-quality instruction during a temporary absence, aligned with Ministry standards.

Qualifications

• FSL Part 1, Primary certification required.
• Vulnerable Sector Check dated within 6 months of start date.
• LTO position; immediate start not to exceed June 30, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous, high-quality education during the temporary absence of the regular teacher.
• Support student achievement and well-being in accordance with Ontario Ministry of Education standards and Board Policies.
• Report to the Principal of the assigned school and follow Board policies.
