Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an undergraduate degree is required. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in the transportation industry and/or pricing experience is preferred. We will provide additional training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day pricing & quotation requirements for our customers
• Develop & maintain carrier and service-partner relationships
• Develop proactive solutions to optimize supply chain and achieve cost-savings for customers
• Negotiate rates with carriers for road & rail transportation
• Anticipate business and industry trends to find ways for potential gain
• Develop pricing analysis for RFP’s
• Work closely with the customers, carriers, and logistics team to ensure efficient operations and to meet required deadlines
• On-call rotation required
