Role Overview

NHL Transport Inc. is seeking commission-based Freight Broker Agents to join our team and grow their own book of business. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Edmonton, AB, with flexible remote work options.

As a Freight Broker Agent, you will coordinate shipments, manage client and carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery. You will also handle dispatching, customer service, and account management, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

This role is perfect for experienced brokers or ambitious logistics professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset who want to take control of their income.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers.
• Negotiate competitive freight rates and manage shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Coordinate dispatching and proactively track shipments to resolve issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and account management.
• Ensure proper documentation and regulatory compliance for Canadian and US shipments.

Qualifications
