Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a Seasonal Freestyle Coach to lead young athletes in a positive, safe learning environment. You will help develop technique, confidence and athleticism in the terrain park while coordinating with the head coach on season plans.
Role requires CFSA/CASI certifications, outdoor work, and weekend shifts from Christmas through March Break. The resort offers great perks and a vibrant summer team culture.
HOURLY RATE: $19.52 PART-TIME HOURS: Two shifts a week (weekends only)
As a Freestyle Coach, you will be a leader in developing young athletes in a positive, challenging, and safe learning environment. Athletes in this program will develop their technical riding skills and fundamental freestyle ski/snowboard skills to help them become stronger all-around riders and gain more confidence in the terrain park. As a Freestyle Coach you will be responsible for helping your athletes build athleticism, confidence, and respect.
