BrandMomentum in Ottawa/Gatineau is seeking a Makeup Artist – Beauty Ambassador to guide customers through makeup and skincare products in-store, offering expert advice and creating memorable experiences that drive sales and loyalty. This part-time, independent contractor role offers flexible weekday or weekend shifts.

You will lead in-store workshops, engage customers, offer samples, promote featured products, and work toward targets while delivering exceptional customer service and building

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Makeup Artist to bring beauty experiences to life in-store. In this role, you will guide customers through makeup and skincare products, offer expert advice, and create memorable interactions that drive sales and build brand loyalty. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in customer-facing environments, and wants flexible weekday or weekend shifts.

Territory: Ottawa ON, Gatineau QC

Job Type: Part-time, Independent Contractor

Hours: 10-12 hours

Your Mission

• Lead in-store workshops to introduce customers to makeup and skincare products

• Engage and advise customers based on their individual needs

Ideal Profile

• Independent contractor with self-employed status (asset)

• Experience in customer service, product demonstration, or sales

• Strong expertise in makeup, cosmetics, and skincare

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional, polished appearance and strong customer-engagement skills

• Valid driver’s license and access to a car (mandatory)

• Smartphone for photos and reporting

• Ability to stand for at least 5 hours and lift to 20 lbs
