Job summary

BrandMomentum seeks a skilled Makeup Artist – Beauty Ambassador to drive in-store makeup and skincare experiences in Ottawa and Gatineau. This part-time, independent contractor role offers flexible weekday or weekend shifts and opportunities to showcase expertise while guiding customers and building brand loyalty.

You will lead workshops, advise clients on tailored product choices, provide samples, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with self-employed status
• Experience in customer service, product demonstration, or sales
• Strong makeup, cosmetics, and skincare expertise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Polished appearance and strong customer engagement
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car
• Smartphone for photos and reporting
• Ability to stand for at least 5 hours and lift to 20 lbs

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Makeup Artist to bring beauty experiences to life in-store. In this role, you will guide customers through makeup and skincare products, offer expert advice, and create memorable interactions that drive sales and build brand loyalty. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, thrives in customer-facing environments, and wants flexible weekday or weekend shifts.

Territory: Ottawa ON, Gatineau QC

Job Type: Part-time, Independent Contractor

Hours: 10-12 hours
