As Manager of Software Development for Financial Risk, you will set the roadmap and remain hands-on to guide architecture and delivery while growing a high-performing team. You will partner with data science, analytics, product, and compliance to ensure a cohesive approach to risk

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams and contributing technically.
• Ability to make trade-off decisions with ambiguous requirements.
• Proven ability to partner with product, compliance, data science.
• Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the technical roadmap for the Financial Risk Engineering team.
• Act as the connective layer between engineering, product, compliance, fraud countermeasures, and data science.
• Stay hands-on: contribute to code and architecture decisions when needed.
• Build and grow a team that can operate confidently in ambiguous risk areas.
• Partner with data science and analytics to turn fraud signals into effective systems.
• Help shape how AI tools are used across the team, from incident investigation to code review.
