EQ Bank is hiring a Fraud Analyst – Cards to conduct investigative analysis identifying activity indicating potential financial crimes. The role includes handling inbound calls, assisting clients, and ensuring investigations are evaluated, documented, and escalated according to SOP.

You will provide subject matter expertise on criminal risk and support trends, analysis and insights generation aligned with EQ Bank’s fraud program and standards.

Qualificações

• Experience in investigative analysis related to financial crimes.
• Ability to manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism.
• Familiarity with fraud program standards and escalation procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct investigative analysis to identify, assess, decision and report on activity indicating financial crime exposure.
• Manage inbound calls and assist clients to ensure threats and investigations are evaluated, documented, managed and escalated per SOP.
• Provide subject matter expertise and oversight of criminal risk using a disciplined, intelligence-based approach to detection and research.

The Fraud Analyst – Cards, will conduct investigative analysis to identify, assess, decision and report on activity that indicates an exposure to financial crimes. The incumbent will manage inbound calls and assist clients to ensure potential threats and investigations are evaluated, documented, managed and escalated by following standard operating procedures. They will provide subject matter expertise and oversight of criminal risk by following a disciplined and intelligence-based approach to detection and research of activities and events in alignment with EQ Bank’s fraud program and standards to ensure compliance as well as support trending, analysis and insights generation.

The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working from EQ Bank\'s additional office space located at 2200-25 Ontario Street, Toronto, ON.
