Job summary

EQ Bank, Canada’s Challenger Bank, invites you to a 4‑month work term (January–April 2027) in the customer risk department. You will join the portfolio management team to help build new process efficiencies and assist in optimizing and implementing risk strategies that support business growth.

The role offers hybrid work, with days in the office at 2200-25 Ontario Street, Toronto, and exposure to the fundamentals of the credit card industry within a top fintech.

Work Term: January - April 2027

The successful candidate will work within the portfolio management team of the customer risk department. During their time with the bank, they will collaborate with the team to build new process efficiencies and aid with optimizing and implementing new risk strategies that will drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives. The successful candidate will learn the fundamentals of credit card industry, gaining insight on the importance of the role that the customer risk department plays within the bank.

The incumbent will be working hybrid and in office time will be spent working from EQ Bank’s additional office space located at 2200-25 Ontario Street, Toronto, ON.
