Role Overview :

We are seeking a driven, commission-based Franchise Sales Representative to identify and qualify potential franchisees for Crust Lab. You’ll act as a brand ambassador, guiding prospects through the discovery process and converting qualified leads into successful franchise partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

Proactively identify potential franchise candidates through networking, digital outreach, and referrals

Present the Crust Lab franchise model to prospects and communicate its unique value proposition

Qualify leads based on financial ability, business acumen, and cultural fit

Guide candidates through the sales funnel from first contact to signing of franchise agreements

Maintain detailed records in the CRM and report weekly activity and results

Represent the Crust Lab brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements :

Prior experience in sales, franchising, or business development preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently

Ability to understand and explain the financial and operational aspects of franchising

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
