Michaels Stores in Saint-Jérôme, QC is seeking a Store Leader to guide a framing team, drive custom framing sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach selling behaviors, manage workloads, and ensure SOP adherence while upholding store standards and safety protocols.

The role involves interviewing and onboarding new team members, acting as MOD, and supporting omni-channel processes in a dynamic retail environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in a retail setting.
• Retail management experience required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet goals.
• Review workload and build plans for sales floor and network.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and performance management.
• Collaborate with MODs on framing and team expectations.
• Provide customer solutions and assist Omni channel processes.
