Interac is seeking a Senior Business Partner, Product FP&A, to lead financial planning for our Product portfolio in a hybrid Canada-based role. You will partner with multiple teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.

Reporting directly to the Leader, Product FP&A, the Senior Business Partner, Product FP&A will play a key role in financial planning activities, working closely with business partners to support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and decision‑making.
Leading financial planning activities for Interac’s Product portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, long‑range planning, and business performance analysis.
Developing financial models, forecasts, business cases, and executive reporting to support investment decisions, portfolio management, and business growth.
Partnering with Product, Client, Financial Operations, and Corporate FP&A teams to provide financial insights, decision support, and performance reporting.
Providing financial governance over commercial initiatives, revenue recognition, accruals, resource planning, and product economics.
Ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
5+ years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
A value-driven mindset, with a proven history of partnering with business users to improve processes and develop solutions that achieve organizational goals.
Experience with large data sets, producing valuable insights to support strategic decisions.
Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to create complex formulas, pivot tables, and models.
A solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly in relation to expense recognition.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial principles to non‑financial users.
Agility and adaptability, comfort with ambiguity, and a drive for continuous learning.
Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a full‑time capacity.
The hiring range for this position is $120,000 – $140,000, and you will also be eligible for our short‑term incentive plan. The exact amount will depend on factors such as skills, experience, and job‑related knowledge, but Interac’s commitment goes beyond compensation.
