Job summary

Flywheel is seeking a Product Designer for Perpetua who will own the end-to-end design of web and native mobile experiences. You will evolve design systems and leverage AI tools to craft faster, smarter solutions and shape how design operates as the team grows.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and research, translating insights into high-fidelity designs and measurable outcomes while presenting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in digital design, interaction design or communications.
• 3–5 years of UX/UI design on a software product team.
• Experience end-to-end UX/UI design for web and native mobile apps.
• Experience building and working with Design Systems.
• Proficient with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Principle, InVision).
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools for AI-driven features.
• Strong portfolio with case studies showing problem framing and impact.
• Excellent communication and ability to adapt to evolving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end design of Perpetua’s web and native mobile experiences.
• Rethink cross-channel ad campaigns, designing patterns for trust and control.
• Contribute to and expand our component library.
• Produce flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, and Principle.
• Leverage AI for ideation, research synthesis, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with engineering to design features that reduce friction and boost velocity.
• Conduct user research and base design decisions on measurable outcomes like conversion and retention.
• Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
