Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. seeks a Director of Finance to join the founding team in Vancouver. You will build and lead the finance function across construction and ongoing operations, bridging fund finance, investor relations, project accounting, and operational finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead investor financial administration and reporting, including capital calls, distributions, and ongoing investor communications.
• Establish accounting systems, controls, and reporting for development and construction.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and monthly project reporting.
• Monitor costs, contingencies, and cost-to-complete; manage construction draws and lender reporting.
• Build financial infrastructure for operating business: revenue accounting, budgets, KPI dashboards, and board reporting.
• Provide financial analysis to support pricing, staffing, margins, and capital allocation.
