Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain foster homes through regular visitations.
• Respond to referrals for opening Provisional and Foster Homes.
• Submit reports, assessments, and documentation timely.
• Case management of foster care files.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to foster parents.
• In partnership with Legal Services Worker, focus on Band Representative cases.
