YO IT Consulting is seeking a Powerpoint Specialist for a remote contract role. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced PowerPoint skills, alongside Excel and Word, to design and review professional business documents for Fortune 500–style tasks.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an AI-enabled LLM to create and refine presentations, analyze scenarios, and deliver high-quality outputs across finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, and retail functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience on complex projects within Fortune 500 companies or top-tier consultancies.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint with significant exposure to Excel and Word, and a proven track record in professional business document creation and review.
• Ability to develop and execute projects in finance, healthcare, consulting, tech, or retail across multiple functions.
• Experience crafting realistic business scenarios and workflows for modeling, reporting, and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Design and initiate realistic, complex business tasks for PowerPoint, Excel, and Word use, simulating Fortune 500 scenarios.
• Collaborate with an advanced language model to discuss, edit, and create Office Open XML files, especially .pptx formats.
• Assess and compare two LLM-generated deliverables per task turn, selecting the best based on quality dimensions.
• Create prompts and tasks requiring substantial business acumen and multi-hour effort without AI assistance.
• Engage in four-turn conversations with the LLM, providing feedback after each round.
• Document observations and recommendations to improve LLM handling of business documents.
• Provide expertise in cross-functional use cases such as reporting, presenting, analyzing, and proposing across industries.
