Role Description:

We are seeking a bilingual (French and English) trainer for accounting software for dealerships. PBS is North America's fastest-growing all-in-one management system, transforming how clients buy and service vehicles. With over 30 years in business, PBS is the third-largest dealer management system provider in North America, supporting hundreds of new users monthly.

Our client-centric approach fosters innovation, collaboration, and friendship, managing all dealership departments including sales, service, parts, and accounting.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your solid automotive accounting experience in a tech-driven, relationship-focused environment. You will train and support new and existing clients on our dealership management software (DMS), conducting virtual and on-site training as needed. The position can be based in Calgary or remote from Montreal or Ottawa.

Responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of PBS software and client training processes
  • Data entry, payroll module mastery, and software installation autonomy
  • Prioritize tasks independently, learn new products proactively
  • Provide excellent user support, navigate DMS effectively
  • Train clients in accounting and other areas, maintain professional relationships
  • Respond promptly to training requests, create support tickets, analyze issues
  • Maintain positive work environment, share knowledge, update documentation
  • Engage in continuous training and cross-development, manage DTO queue
  • Deliver exemplary customer service, demonstrate motivation and commitment
  • Perform other related tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Professional bilingual (French and English)
  • Excellent communication skills in person, email, phone
  • Experience in accounting or bookkeeping (mandatory)
  • 1-2 years in automotive industry or with PBS software (a major asset)
  • Availability to travel within Canada and the US up to two weeks/month (valid passport, US visa if needed, appropriate driver's license)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to document processes well, mentoring experience beneficial
  • Good time management, organizational skills, autonomous and team-oriented work style
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • High school diploma (DES) required
