Slegg Building Materials in Langford, BC, is seeking a motivated Forklift Operator - Order Builder for the afternoon shift. The role runs 1pm–9:30pm, with a wage range of $22.50–$30 per hour, plus a shift premium.

You will prepare loads and unload building materials, supporting timely deliveries and accurate order fulfillment. Qualifications include a valid propane forklift certification and at least two years of experience, plus strong communication and basic math skills.

• Ensure that all products are shipped on schedule and according to specific instructions by management to meet customer demands.
• Maintain contact with supervisors and work to resolve issues as they arise.
• Act as an ambassador of the company with all employees and customers.
• Follow all regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for the position of Forklift Operator - Order Builder for our afternoon shift. The Forklift Operator prepares loads and unloads building materials in the warehouse through the safe operation of a lift truck. Together with other team members, the Forklift Operator works to exceed customer expectations. The shifts are Monday - Friday 1pm - 9:30pm and the wage range is $22.50 - $30 per hour (Tier 1; $22.50 - $26, Tier 2; $26 - $30), plus a shift premium.
