Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our Halton Hills warehouse team. The role focuses on safe operation of Walkie and Dock Stocker forklifts, load/unload duties, and accurate inventory flow within a busy logistics environment.

Offers a steady schedule with opportunities for contract-to-hire and wage progression after hire. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of recent experience operating a Walkie and Dock Stocker.
• Valid external forklift license for Walkie and Dock Stocker.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.

Responsabilités

• Operate Walkie and Dock Stocker forklifts safely within a manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Load and unload trailers efficiently while ensuring product integrity.
• Move palletized goods to designated storage areas or production lines.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs immediately.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with manual picking and packing tasks when required by the manufacturing & logistics team.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a zero-incident workspace.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor to optimize manufacturing & logistics flow.

Looking for a stable, long-term role where your hard work really matters? We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced logistics team in Halton Hills. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Move, stage, and store materials safely to keep production on track.
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment in a busy environment.
• Work closely with the warehouse team to support daily shipping, receiving, and inventory goals.
• Maintain high standards of safety and organization throughout the facility.

Shift Options & Location:

• Location: Westbridge Drive, Halton Hills
• Weekday Morning Shift (Mon - Thu): 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Weekday Afternoon Shift (Mon - Thu): 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM
