Job summary

CareerBeacon in Milton is seeking a Forklift Operator for a full-time role in our distribution warehouse. You will lift 50–60 lbs regularly, operate forklifts, and meet daily shipment quotas in a fast-paced environment.

Must have a valid forklift license and be comfortable with overtime. A driver’s license and own vehicle are preferred, along with CSA-approved safety shoes and the ability to pass a background check.

• Long-term experience in a fast-paced warehouse/general labour role.
• Must be comfortable with repetitively lifting 50–60 lbs.
• Available for overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Repetitively lifting 50–60 lbs.
• Meet daily shipment quotas in a fast-paced environment.
• Load and unload trailers manually and with counterbalance forklifts.
• Sort, put-away, and staging of product with reach forklifts.
• Complete inventory counts using an RF scanner.
• Stack boxes and wrap skids.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as required.

Forklift Operator - Full-time

Shifts: Days, Monday to Friday

Rate of Pay: $21.50/hour

Job Type: Full-time

We are hiring Forklift Operators for a distribution warehouse facility in Milton! Candidates must be able to lift 50-60lbs regularly, work at a fast pace, and stand or walk for long periods of time. Previous forklift experience is required.

• Working at a fast pace, meeting daily shipment quotas
• Loading and unloading trailers manually and using counterbalance forklifts
• Sorting, put-away, and staging of product manually and using reach forklifts
• Completing inventory counts using an RF scanner
• Stacking boxes and wrapping skids
• Other general warehouse duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Valid third party or in-house forklift license REQUIRED
• Long-term experience in similar fast-paced warehouse/general labour role required
• Must be comfortable with general labour and repetitively lifting 50-60lbs
• Must be available for overtime as needed!
• Must have valid Driver's License and own vehicle
• CSA approved safety shoes required
• Candidates must be willing to provide a criminal record check
