Job summary

CREATIVE INNOVATION INC in Pickering, Ontario is seeking a reliable forklift operator to join our warehouse team. You will safely operate counter‑balance and reach forklifts, unload containers, place goods, and perform order picking while maintaining clean, safe docks.

You must have a valid Ontario forklift ticket, at least one year of warehouse experience, be comfortable with PDA scanners, and communicate in basic English. We offer health benefits and a stable full‑time daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario Powered Lift-Truck Operator Forklift Ticket (counter-balance and reach truck).
• Minimum 1-year hands-on forklift operating experience in a warehouse environment; container unloading experience is an asset.
• Able to operate PDA scanners and familiar with basic warehouse receiving and outbound workflows.
• Strong safety awareness and good knowledge of warehouse operational safety standards.
• Physically fit, able to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting, reliable and conscientious.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete pallet shrink-wrapping, transport goods to designated storage locations, and keep aisles and loading docks clean and unobstructed.
• Complete pre-shift forklift safety inspections and keep records; report any mechanical malfunctions to supervisor immediately.
• Follow instructions from the on-site supervisor and perform general warehouse labour and area housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Strictly comply with warehouse safety policies, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and follow all safety procedures.

主要工作职责

1. 安全操作平衡重叉车、前移式叉车，完成货柜卸柜、货品上架、拣货、托盘转运作业。
2. 托盘缠膜，将货物运送到指定库区，保持通道、装卸码头整洁通畅。
3. 每班开工前完成叉车安全检查并做好记录，发现机械故障立即上报主管。
4. 服从现场主管安排，完成仓库其他基础体力工作、库区整理。
5. 严格遵守仓库安全制度，按要求穿戴个人防护用品，落实安全生产要求。

任职要求

1. 持有安省有效叉车证书 Forklift Ticket（平衡重 + 前移式）。
2. 至少 1 年仓库叉车实操经验，有集装箱卸柜经验优先。
3. 会使用 PDA 扫码设备，熟悉仓库出入库基础流程。
4. 安全意识强，熟悉仓库作业安全规范。
5. 身体健康，可以适应仓库快节奏工作环境，做事认真靠谱。
