Job summary

Warman Home Centre LP in Saskatchewan is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to move, load, and unload lumber yard materials on uneven terrain. This safety-minded, hands-on role keeps you on your feet most of the day, with regular lifting of 25-80 lbs. No forklift experience required—hands-on training provided.

Love working outdoors, staying active, and keeping things moving? Warman Home Centre is looking for a reliable, safety-minded Forklift Operator to join our crew! You'll take the wheel of all-terrain forklifts to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on, high-energy role where you'll be on your feet for much of the day and regularly lifting 25-80 lbs.

Safety is always our top priority. This is a safety-sensitive position, so the successful candidate must follow our drug-free workplace policy. Drug testing may be required in certain situations under our health and safety policies.

New to forklifts? No problem! Experience is a great bonus, but it isn't required. We'll provide hands-on, on-the-job training so you can build confidence, learn the ropes, and get rolling.

Bring your flexibility, too-you'll need to be available every second Saturday and ready to jump into overtime when things get busy, especially during peak season.

• Take the wheel and safely operate a forklift over uneven terrain
• Keep things moving by loading, unloading, and transporting lumber yard materials
• Stack and organize products so everything is in the right place
• Give equipment a daily check and flag any maintenance needs
• Follow company policies and safety procedures every time
• Help keep the yard clean, organized, and running like clockwork
• Jump in and support general warehouse duties as needed

• Permanent Canadian residency and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both reading and writing
• The strength and stamina to load, unload, and transport lumber yard materials, regularly lifting 25-80 lbs.
• The ability to stand, bend, and lift regularly throughout your shift
• A willingness to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
• A positive, team-first attitude and great customer service skills
• Basic math and inventory-tracking skills

Bonus points if you have:

• Previous forklift operating experience-1+ years is preferred
• General knowledge of lumber and building materials
