Randstad Canada is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler / Forklift Operator in Guelph, ON. Earn $21.00–$24.00 per hour with weekly direct deposits.

Shifts: Day, Afternoon, Night, and Continental rotations, offering steady work in climate-controlled facilities. Operate MHE such as Counterbalance, Reach, Order Picker, or Walkie, perform shipping/receiving, RF scanning, and maintain accurate inventory while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift Certification required or preferred (Counterbalance/Reach/Walkie).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced distribution center or manufacturing facility.
• Dependability with strong attendance and teamwork.
• Attention to detail with safe handling of heavy loads and accurate inventory.

Responsibilities

• MHE Operation: Safely operate Counterbalance, Reach, Order Picker or Walkie forklifts.
• Shipping & receiving: offload inbound trailers and stage outbound shipments.
• RF scanning & inventory control: use handheld scanners to maintain stock accuracy.
• Safety & compliance: perform pre-op inspections and follow all safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• MHE Operation: Safely transport raw materials and finished goods utilizing Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, Order Picker, or Walkie equipment.
• Shipping & Receiving: Offload inbound trailers, stage outbound shipments, and maintain seamless inventory flow throughout the facility.
• RF Scanning & Inventory Control: Track inbound and outbound inventory using handheld barcode scanners to maintain precise stock accuracy.
• Safety & Compliance: Perform daily pre-operational equipment inspections and adhere strictly to all facility safety and hazard protocols.

Qualifications

• Certification: Valid internal or external Forklift Certification preferred (Counterbalance, Reach, or Walkie).
• Proven Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience within a fast-paced distribution center or manufacturing facility.
• Dependability: Demonstrated history of excellent attendance, focus, and a collaborative team attitude.
• Attention to Detail: Proven ability to maneuver heavy loads safely while maintaining high standards of speed and order accuracy.
