Job summary

Staples Canada in Calgary is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the day shift (5am–1pm). You will receive, store and move products in a fast-paced warehouse, using forklift, pallet jack and handheld scanners. Teamwork and strict safety practices ensure accurate order processing and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) months' related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with warehouse equipment such as forklift, cherry picker and pallet jack preferred.
• Ability and interest to become certified in the operation of warehouse equipment will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and move products around the warehouse using equipment.
• Perform work under the direction of warehouse supervisor or manager.
• Use hand-held scanners to enter product information while ensuring accuracy.
• Contribute to the efficient operation of warehouse activities through teamwork with co-workers in warehouse, drivers and purchasing personnel.
• Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties.
