Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for the Oakville, ON facility. The role is a full-time, permanent position with a Monday–Friday schedule and an afternoon shift.

You will operate counterbalance forklifts, move materials between production and warehouse, and ensure accurate inventory with RF scanners and WMS in a GMP environment. Responsabilidades

• Operate counterbalance forklifts to safely load, unload, move, and stack raw materials and finished products.
• Transport ingredients, packaging supplies, and finished goods between production lines and warehouse storage.
• Perform pre-shift forklift safety inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Use RF scanners and WMS software to track material movements and accurately verify shipping and receiving paperwork.
• Execute dock loading/unloading operations following all safe docking procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area compliant with GMP and health and safety standards.

Position Details

Location: Oakville, Ontario

Shift: Monday to Friday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Wage: $21.00/hr starting rate ($22.00/hr post-probation)

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift license/certification from an accredited provider.
• 1+ years of experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a manufacturing or distribution plant.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs in an active industrial environment.
• Full availability for the afternoon shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) too.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and basic computerized inventory tools.
