Job summary

CareerBeacon is seeking a Forklift Operator in Scoudouc, NB for a full-time/temporary-to-hire position. The role involves operating forklifts, loading/unloading shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory with RF scanners and WMS.

The ideal candidate has forklift certification with counterbalance and stand-up experience, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with flexible shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in fast-paced warehouse/distribution environments.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to perform pre-operation inspections and adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial forklifts to load/unload, move, and stage pallets.
• Use RF scanners and WMS to track inventory movements accurately.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas and staging zones.
• Support food safety compliance and PPE usage as required.
• Communicate with supervisors and QA on defects or irregularities.
• Cross-train in other production or inventory tasks as needed.
