Are you a certified forklift operator with experience on Crown reach, Order Picker, and Dock Stocker? We have the perfect opportunity for you! A leading company in Mississauga is looking for reliable and skilled individuals to join their team immediately.

Position: Forklift Operator

Shift: Straight Continental Days and Nights Available (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Salary: $24/hour

Location: Mississauga, ON

Responsibilities

1. Operate Raymond reach, Order Picker, and Dock Stocker forklifts to move materials around the warehouse.
2. Perform quality checks and follow plant safety protocols and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
3. Change dates and materials according to shop order requirements.
4. Operate the IPC interface and/or on-line labelers.
5. Ensure all machines are supplied with necessary materials and conduct maintenance as required.
6. Perform troubleshooting and resolve equipment issues when needed.
7. Report food safety and quality issues to the appropriate personnel.
8. Maintain accurate weight control and document checks.
9. Complete size changeovers and cleaning procedures as needed.
10. Support safety checks on guarding, stopping mechanisms, and other equipment parts.
11. Complete all training on equipment operation and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

Qualifications

1. Certifications on Raymond reach, Order Picker, and Dock Stocker.
2. 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work flexible hours (including overtime and weekends when required).
5. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
6. Technical aptitude and experience (preferred).
7. Basic math skills and some computer experience.
