SUMMARY

Lantic is currently recruiting for the position of temporary Forklift Operator based at our Toronto facility. The position reports to the Manager, Distribution Center. The Forklift Operator will be responsible of managing inventory, picking and wrapping products.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO :

• Receiving of packaged products (with correct documents)
• Picking, wrapping and staging orders for shipment
• Shipping of package products (with correct documents)
• Trailer loading and unloading using forklift
• Product storage (using the WMS system)
• Inventory maintenance (including Cycle counts)
• Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment
• Quarantine non-conforming products
• Identifying workplace safety hazards.
• Adhering to safety management standards
• Cleaning (includes garbage removal and using floor scrubber)
• Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO JOIN THE TEAM :

• Must be able to lift 40 kg bags
• Minimum high school diploma
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Minimum 2 years’ forklift operating experience
