Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, move, and store materials within the warehouse.
• Drive a 3-ton truck to complete local deliveries and pickups in a timely and professional manner.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring products are properly secured and protected from damage.
• Prepare, pick, stage, and verify orders for shipment.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and vehicle pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
• Verify delivery documentation, invoices, packing slips, and obtain customer signatures when required.
• Follow established delivery routes and schedules to ensure on-time service.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and warehouse organization.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, health and safety regulations, and transportation requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work environment.
• Report equipment malfunctions, vehicle maintenance concerns, product damage, or safety hazards promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients and suppliers.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
