Description De L'emploi

Situé dans l’Ouest de l'île de Montréal, à Pointe-Claire, notre usine est à la recherche des Opérateurs de chariots élévateurs pour joindre notre belle équipe. Une expérience pertinente dans un milieu manufacturier/industriel et dans la conduite de chariot élévateur standard est un requise. Poste permanent à temps plein, syndiqué. Excellentes conditions de travail, rémunération concurrentielle, régime d'assurance collective, régime de pension. Stationnement gratuit disponible.

Responsabilités

Vos responsabilités incluront, sans toutefois se limiter à:

• Conduire le chariot élévateur de manière sécuritaire;
• Faire le chargement et le déchargement de la marchandise tout en respectant les procédures établies par Gentek;
• Entreposer les palettes aux endroits spécifiques;
• S’assurer de suivre strictement les règles de santé et de sécurité;
• Effectuer diverses tâches liées à la production, au besoin.
  
  

Qualifications

• Maîtriser le français.
• Un certificat de chariot élévateur valide;
• De l’expérience en conduite de chariot élévateur assis standard;
• Être en mesure de travailler en rotation sur les quarts : Jour, soir.
• Ponctuel, fiable et professionnel;
• De l’expérience de travail dans un milieu manufacturier;
• Être sensible à l’importance de la Santé et Sécurité au Travail;
• Avoir une attitude positive et déterminée.

Located in Montreal West Island, in Pointe-Claire, our factory is looking for Forklift Operators to join our amazing team. Relevant experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment and in standard forklift driving is an important asset. Permanent full-time position, unionized. Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Drive the forklift safely;
• Load and unload the merchandise while respecting the procedures established by Gentek;
• Ensure the production line doesn’t miss supplies;
• Be sure to strictly follow health and safety rules;
• Perform various production-related tasks as required.
  
  

Qualifications

• French is required.
• A valid forklift license;
• Experience in driving a standard sit-down forklift;
• Be able to work in rotation on shifts: day, evening;
• Punctual, reliable and professional;
• Work experience in a manufacturing environment;
• Be aware of the importance of following the Health and Safety rules;
