Job Description:

ForgeRock Developer

The ForgeRock Developer is responsible for supporting and enhancing the IAM program's maturity. Must have experience with ForgeRock development, including coding and managing capabilities/functions within the platform and IAM services.

• OpenIDM
• OpenAM
• OpenDJ
• OpenIG
• Inline or Event hooks
• IAM Standards such as SAML2.0, OpenID Connect, OAuth2.0, FIDO2
• CI/CD Tools like Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub, SonarQube
• Participate in or lead user acceptance testing and bug fixing efforts

What You Will Do:

• Design and develop IAM solutions using ForgeRock products: OpenAM, OpenDJ, OpenIDM
• Hands-on experience with ForgeRock OpenAM, including installation and configuration
• Configure and customize ForgeRock Access Manager for user authentication
• Develop workflows for onboarding, identity mapping, merging, and provisioning
• Work with Single Sign-On, Access Management, Identity Federation, MFA, and RBA technologies
• Implement technologies like Header-based SSO, SAML, OAuth
• Customize ForgeRock UI, write scripts, and develop code to fetch assertion values from multiple data sources
• Use ForgeRock OpenIDM for provisioning and deprovisioning
• Develop and maintain RestAPI for core IAM functions
• Manage access provisioning and related services
• Support integration with Active Directory and other identity stores
• Understand directory servers and LDAP protocols
• Utilize OS commands, utilities, and scripting on Unix/Linux/Windows
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, network, database, or security issues using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Go
• Work with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes
• Configure ForgeRock Identity Gateway routes, filters, and handlers
• Develop Java/J2EE applications and troubleshoot related issues
• Support design, implementation, and maintenance activities for IAM with ForgeRock tools
• Implement monitoring using tools like Dynatrace

Certifications:

• ForgeRock certification (preferred)
• Security certifications (preferred)
