Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a hands-on Foreperson with field operations experience in construction and telecommunications. The role requires directing daily field activities, supervising crews, and performing HDD locating while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
Candidates should be able to travel for out-of-town work, work long shifts, and manage multiple locations. You will support subcontractors and trades while upholding Ledcor HS&E standards and project requirements
Description
You are a hands-on, working Foreperson with field operations experience in construction and telecommunications/utility installation projects. The successful candidate must have experience with HDD locating and be capable of actively supporting daily field operations while supervising the crew.
As a Foreperson, you will oversee quality control, safety, and overall project performance while delegating work to field staff, contractors, and tradespeople. You will work both independently and collaboratively to execute project plans and schedules, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Some travel will be required. Candidates must be willing to work long shifts and be available for out-of-town work as needed.
