Qualifications

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
• Provincially recognized educational program for Registered Practical Nurses completed.
• CPR/Asepsis Techniques and Medication Administration Certification completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic assessment and treatments, preventative, educational and supportive care.
• Assist in reducing and preventing use of restraint and seclusion.
• Document care and communicate effectively with the team.
