Pier Solutions seeks a foreman to uphold high standards of professionalism on all sites, leading teams, coordinating trades, and ensuring safety and quality across projects in Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
You will support estimating, scheduling, material orders, and start-up, while maintaining accurate site records and strong client relations. This role involves travel and site leadership across multiple locations.
Location: Tisdale, SK, and surrounding areas, with travel to various sites across Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
Timeline: Full time, permanent
Site work schedule: Typically four ten-hour days

As a Pier Solutions foreman, your core goal is to uphold the highest level of professionalism on all sites, demonstrating leadership, collaboration, integrity, service, quality, and a hard work ethic in all your interactions with coworkers, subcontractors, and clients. Your project responsibilities will include the following:
Bridges in rural Manitoba and Saskatchewan are being replaced instead of repaired or neglected instead of maintained, adding undue cost to taxpayers.
We collaborate with local leaders to provide fiscally responsible, proactive, and preventative maintenance options.
We empower clients by uniquely combining engineering and construction expertise.
Our clients include municipal, provincial, and federal governments, First Nations peoples, short-line rail companies, and trail associations. Our body of work consists of vehicular, rail and pedestrian bridges.
