We are looking for Working Foremen / women Carpenters who have the knowledge and ability to work on commercial projects by leading sub-trades, self-performing diverse scopes, mentoring apprentices, and utilizing technologies.

Role Responsibilities :

• Work alongside and support the Site Superintendent to execute different types of commercial projects efficiently and effectively
• Work alongside your crew to lead by example
• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary
• Supervise, train and give feedback to workers
• Ability to delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the crew

If you perform exceptionally, you may be tasked with leading small-scale projects to help you grow your skill set as a Site Leader.

Role Requirements :

• 3-5 years’ Foreman / woman experience in commercial construction
• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and contract requirements
• A carpentry background
• Willingness to travel out of town
