Job summary

Outcape is hiring experienced foremen to support our Edmundston, NB and Dartmouth, NS crews in commercial roofing projects. You will lead on-site teams, coordinate materials and safety, and work closely with the Project Manager to ensure quality and timely execution.

Ideal candidates have 2-3 years as foremen, can read drawings, communicate effectively, and uphold OSH guidelines while maintaining strong leadership and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience as construction foreman.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Aptitude in math.
• Good physical condition and stamina.
• Ability to work at heights.
• Able to acquire all safety training and accreditation (we will provide safety training specific to our work).

• Successfully directing the crews in planning, coordinating and safely executing the work in accordance with the contract documents, schedule and budget.

Outcape is hiring Experienced Foremen for our Edmundston and Dartmouth crews.

Job Summary

This role supports commercial roofing projects through installation, repair, maintenance, and safe job-site execution.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and loading construction materials, and moving them to work areas
